Jen McDaniels and Adam Huckaby, PhD candidates in the Malaria Lab, and Mukhethwa Munzhedzi, a visiting student from the University of Venda in the pre-doctoral fellowship progam; all attended the John Hopkins Malaria Research Institute's Malaria Drug Development and Resistance World Malara Symposium held at the Bloomberg School of Public Health on Apr. 25th this year. Jen and Adam, both had posters in the Symposium. This was the University's 3rd annual Malaria Symposium with this year's focus on drug resistance, the main focus of the Malaria Lab's focus. Thank you to all three participants for representing the Lab this year.
